Marithan Polyurethane Resin Injection
Description
MARITHAN®

The MARITHAN® polyurethane strata injection systems N and S are flexible two component products which are particularly well suited for fractured ground.

The injection pattern should be adapted to suit the degree of ground destabilisation.

The MARITHAN® system S is used for stabilisation of waterbearing strata and water stopping. Injection is carried out using a metering pump and mixing gun.

In addition to their bonding and high compression strength, MARITHAN® polyurethane injection systems offer excellent elastic qualities which maintain stabilization even after ground movements.

Advantages
a) Low viscosity, good penetration into fine cracks and fissures.
b) Excellent adhesive power, forms strong bond with the strata.
c) Good flexibility, tolerates subsequent ground movement.
d) Water-reactive for water sealing operations.
e) High mechanical resistance with improved strata support.

Applications
a) Stabilisation of fractured and unstable ground.
b) Sealing against water ingress.
c) Strata sealing-air / gas leakage.
